Chef Paul Bloxham is the driving force behind Junction Eight. His career began in the prestigious kitchens of the Dorchester Hotel on London’s Park Lane before moving on to become Head Chef at the South Bank’s fashionable Waterloo Fire Station Restaurant where he secured Dining Room of the Year in both the Good Food Guide and The Evening Standard. His most recent venture is The Tilbury in Datchworth, Hertfordshire, which opened October 2006. His previous restaurant picked up a 2006 Remy Martin Award of Excellence for his culinary efforts as well as others from Egon Ronay, The AA and Michelin.
            He is also a regular on the small screen where he can be seen on Sky One’s ‘Taste’, ‘Great Food Live’ on UKTV and presenting cookery strands on the ITV News at Six. Paul has also notched up a few international awards including a host of medals from The New York Restaurant Show and Sweet Success in The International Banqueting Competition, France, conquering the world as part of The British Team of Chefs.
           No stranger to celebrity, Paul’s previous clients include some of the biggest names in showbusiness.
